Train your buttocks

LT// Įtūpstai į prieky keičiant koją - vienas mano mylimiausių pratimų sėdmenims, kuris lengvai atliekamas namų sąlygomis, o dar geriau jei įtūpstus darot su svoriais rankose. Siūlau daryti 4-5 serijas po 26-30 pakartojimų.

EN// Lunges is one of my favorites exercises for buttocks and is really easy to do this exercise at home and it's even more better if you do lunges with weights in your hands. Do 4-5 series for 26-30 times.
